Returns Policy

All of our products are exquisitely handmade one at a time. Therefore, it is difficult, if not impossible, to make identical items the way a machine can. Our artisans are masters, and they strive for the highest quality and standards in every item they create. Handmade items have natural variances in color, size, and texture, which should not be misconstrued as flaws. These variances are what make each product charming and unique. Items may not be identical to the ones pictured.

Retail Refunds

We must pay our artisans for their time and materials before shipping. As a result, refunds will not be considered unless an item has been damaged in shipping or the wrong item was received. In these cases, we will resolve the problem to your satisfaction as long as we are contacted within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Retail Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original transaction. If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us. We will work with you personally in order to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience.

Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received.

Wholesale Returns & Exchanges

No refunds. Returns will only be accepted if an item is defective. Items can be exchanged with a 20% restocking fee within 10 days of receipt for new items or company credit. Consideration will be given on a case by case basis. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
