- SHIPPING TIME-Manos Zapotecas ships orders using UPS Standard Shipping. Delivery is usually 4-7 business days from ship date. Once we have shipped your handmade items Manos Zapotecas is not responsible for shipping delays that are beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-There may be limitations on where and whether Manos Zapotecas offers international shipping outside of Canada and the United States. We gladly ship almost anywhere in the world. Please email info@manoszapotecas.com for information and rates on international shipping to your country.

DELIVERY TIME- When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause
delays beyond original delivery estimates. -
PRIVACY- Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES- If you refuse a shipment from Manos Zapotecas, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Manos Zapotecas. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. GIFTS- If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package.

LIMITATIONS- At this time Manos Zapotecas does not ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO's or APO's or any other locations where UPS does not deliver. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
